14 Exercise Excuse Busters

1. What would The Rock do? The Rock would get off his butt and work out.
2. Don't think too much. Just work out.
3. Athletes work out whether they feel like it or not.
4. Low on motivation? Bribe yourself but not with food!
5. Your entire body will feel better after it works hard.
6. Exercise will wake you up and give you energy the rest of the day.
7. You'll sleep better tonight.
8. You'll feel refreshed after.
9. Exercise makes you feel happy & satisfied.
10. Any workout is better than no workout.
11. You only have to do 10 minutes. After that, you can quit if you want to, but you probably won't.
12. You won't get the butt you want by sitting on the one you have now.

Hang one or two on your bathroom mirror, bulletin board, or next to your computer screen to remind yourself that the only way to the body you want is to use the body you currently have. They help me, and I know they'll help you too.
