The nuts & bolts of the challenge

After you checkout, you will download a file with a link to sign up for the emails. This is intentional, so you can choose the day you begin and the email address where you receive the daily messages.

The day before you want to begin the challenge, you will follow the link and enter the email address where you want to receive the daily challenges. It should not be an email address that you share with your husband, which is why the emails don't automatically send following your purchase. Make sure you enter a PRIVATE email address so he doesn't know what you're up to!

You will receive an email immediately with the Challenge Resource Pack that you'll want to print out and complete to prepare for the challenge.

Then you'll receive a challenge email every morning for the next 30 days.
